C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a leading firm specialising in the edge of architectural design, based in the City.

The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of support to the CEO, CFO and wider C-Suite team of 3.

You will be the first London based EA which makes this an incredible opportunity to really make this role your own.

Italian is a bonus

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

Managing complex ever changing diaries
Extensive global travel management across different time zones, often with last minute changes
Scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations
Stakeholder management; building relationships, handling all communications and acting as main point of contact
Liaising with x1 other EA
