Hybrid working pattern:
Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. Typically could be up to 1-2 days per week onsite or when business needs require.


The opportunity:


You'll be working in an international well respected e-HR team, to support HR for the current and future rollout requirements of Workday (One HR) and other HR systems.


You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Effective management and escalation of queries and cases
  • Coordinating Organisational changes on Workday
  • System and data analysis, assigning / removing roles to users
  • User support, coaching and training
  • Validating the accuracy of data between Workday and UK SAP
  • Bulk data uploads to SAP
  • Creation of test plans and validating process improvements
  • Support change management activities (create documentation and support material)
  • Support the deployment of annual people processes on HR Tools
  • Produce Monthly UK Headcount and other complex ad Hoc reports to authorised parties / individuals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Design, manage, develop and test new documentation for HR calendar activities such as appraisals, pay reviews etc
  • Manage the monthly payroll reconciliation, identify any issues and resolve with the relevant teams / individuals.


While you will primarily be working on the tasks above,as part of the e-HR team and broader HR function, you will have exposure to other projects and other challenges currently being faced in an extremely busy department.


What we're looking for from you:

  • Experience of using Workday is highly beneficial
  • SAP HR familiarity is desirable
  • Very strong Excel capability to analyse, merge and compare data (lookups, pivot tables etc)
  • Ability to create accurate management information for use by the business up to board level
  • Use own initiative and challenge the norm
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a goaloriented way of working
  • Strong technical understanding of HR databases
  • Ability to analyse problems, propose, develop and present solutions with HR customers
  • Committed, proactive and teamoriented way of thinking and working
  • Good understanding of GDPR and protecting sensitive information
