Location - Rutherglen

Type - Permanent - Part-time 24 hours/week

Overview:


Job Purpose:


  • Work with the fastpaced bid and business development team to create aesthetically pleasing designs, illustrations, and graphics in a variety of formats, including but not limited to high profile presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, document design and visual material.
  • Work with the wider Multi Technical Services Scotland team to enhance internal and external documents.
  • Liaise with the Company Marketing team to ensure wins and innovations are shared both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide advice and ideas about design style, format, print production and timescales for a wide range of corporate material.
  • Assist with completion of endtoend bid documentation and supporting material production.
  • Be at an advanced with PowerPoint design, with strong skills in word press and confident in your ability to visualise your concepts and articulate your ideas to the team.
  • Work with the team to design and build a wide range of marketing & communications material including, but not limited to, brochures, posters, booklets, flyers, and adverts.
  • Contribute to a library of internal business media such as structure charts, report templates, presentations, and infographics for future use.
  • Ensure compliance with the required proposal deliverables.
  • Work within a range of branded document formats and presentation templates
  • Familiarity with a range of software and design tools to create graphical output that can be incorporated in tender documents and accompanying materials.

Skills & Experience:


Essential

  • Recent Graduate in relevant degree level course
  • Articulate individual with excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with design software.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.

Desirable

  • Experience in producing corporate documents.
  • Experience building professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Previous experience building webbased content
