This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Trafford, Manchester at a pivotal moment, supporting our ambitious student recruitment plans as a Student Recruitment Officer.


This role is based at UA92 Global in Manchester where we work in partnership with the game-changing University Academy 92 to provide opportunities for international students.


Salary:
£23 - £26K pa

Student Recruitment Officer Responsibilities:


  • Support student recruitment activities and processes
  • Support student conversion activities and communication
  • Support the management of student records
  • Support the development and implementation of effective agent training and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, offer holders and their school counsellors/agents by dealing with all enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Work with the marketing team to manage a stock of merchandise and collateral to support student recruitment activity
  • Assist with the management of the student ambassador programme, engaging and managing highcalibre current students to provide an authentic student voice in support of recruitment goals
  • Support the College team in other studentrelated activities, such as enrolment and orientation activities
  • Carrying out other duties that may be reasonably required


The Student Recruitment Officer works closely with the Student Recruitment Coordinator and Navitas regional offices to deliver sales and marketing activity to support the recruitment of students to UA92 Global.

The Student Recruitment Officer will managestudent and agent enquiries, ensuring high quality customer service at every step of the student journey.


Student Recruitment Officer Requirements:


  • Degree level study, or relevant work experience
  • Experience working in a customerfocused environment
  • Proven ability as a 'team player'
  • Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
  • Creative thinking processesStrong verbal and written English language communication skills
  • An excellent ability to communicate effectively with various individuals and groups
  • Computer literacy skills inclusive of demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify potential problem areas and solve issues before they arise
  • File management and administrative skills
Desirable

  • Experience of working in marketing or student recruitment
  • Experience of delivering engaging, persuasive presentations
  • Frontline customer relationship management to multicultural client base
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems
  • The ability to speak a foreign language, ideally aligning with priority recruitment markets
