Are you a skilled Construction Bid Writer looking for a new challenge? I am currently seeking a talented individual to join a reputable contractor based in Prestwick, specialising in a variety of sectors including Social Housing, Refurbishment, Commercial, Private Housing, and Student Accommodation.

As a Construction Bid Writer, you will be responsible for preparing bids, tenders, and pre-qualification questionnaires/submissions. You will work closely with the senior management team to maintain client contacts and identify new opportunities. Collating pre-tender proposals, writing bids, and supporting the estimating team will also be key aspects of the role.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Previous experience in bid writing and marketing within the construction industry is essential. Knowledge of pre-construction processes and the ability to maintain a bid library for future use will also be advantageous.
