About Our Client:
Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Receptionist Position in Newcastle to work for a reputable law firm.
The company are going through a significant growth period and would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a prestigious business who offer excellent development.
You would be working for a corporate law firm working on a busy reception desk and will be first point of contact meeting and greeting visitors ensuring an exceptional service at all times.
The role will also be dealing with a busy switchboard handling a high volume of queries and transferring calls to the correct department within the business.
Within the role you will ensure the reception area is clean and tidy perform any administrative duties and arrange meeting rooms for guests.
The Successful Applicant:
Ideally previous reception experience this could be from a retail or hospitality background
Professional and friendly
