The Opportunity
Working within the product Experience team and collaborating with design, development, and customer experience teams. The Product experience lead will contribute to delivering a consistent in-car experience across all models.

Success in this role requires an obsession with delivering innovative customer experiences, and a deep understanding of how customers want to use their automotive products.

What you'll do

Define the experience for our automotive products in the product team, own and lead the product experience for a specific area within Forseven
Responsible for setting the experience direction and documenting product requirements that can be used to develop new and existing vehicle functions.
Collaborating with design, CX and engineering to continuously develop and improve the experience of our vehicles.
Develop customer use cases for our vehicles to shape experiences that delight customers and reinforce our value proposition.
Develop and implement user testing methodologies to evaluate product concepts and prototypes.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user experience.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.

Who are you

Strong experience in Product development and User Experience. Ideally in Technology, digital or automotive.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data analysis techniques
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing UX strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different disciplines.
Experience with agile development methodologies would be benficial.
