Description
Whitfire is a family run business that manufactures shavings and sawdust for poultry farms, cattle farms and stables.

Timber is brought onto site to be graded and turned into shavings and leaves the site as bulk loads and bales.

maintaining production is achieved by the continual movement of HGV trailers around the country.


The fleet of 75 trailers are serviced, refurbished, repaired and inspected for test in house within the Company's purpose built workshop.


The role is to join the team as an experienced HGV fitter / mechanic to assist with the ongoing maintenance of the fleet.

The successful applicant need not have an HGV licence although it would be beneficial as would the ability to operate a fork lift truck, although demonstrable mechanical engineering skills and experience are essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£31,000.01-£38,189.21 per year
