System Administrator - Ely, United Kingdom - Xpert Resourcing
Description
Full training will be given however some previous administration experience is essential.Duties will include:
- Manage a data collection process in preparation for invoice purposes
- Assist with raising invoices and credit notes for service costs
- Updating databases
- Liaising with internal teams in order to support and resolve customer queries
- Update service records
- Provide any additional administration support to the team
Experience/Skills:
- Previous administration experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Passionate about customer service
- Methodical, organised and detail orientated
- Excellent IT Skills including Excel knowledge
Hours
0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday
