Role Description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with multiple clients to proactively lead, scope and deliver solutions aligned with their strategic needs and the product offering.
  • Working closely with the wider consultancy team to ensure our products and services are aligned to the needs of our client and the client receives a uniform experience.
  • Managing multiple concurrent clients and teams, whilst prioritising tasks and achieving key deadlines and deliverables inline with agreed scope and budgets.
  • Proactively documenting and governing deliverables in the relevant systems and frameworks as per our business standards.
  • Ensuring deliverables are achieved in the most appropriate and timely manner.
  • Planning and scheduling the delivery of work and identifying where client input is required.
  • Proactively supporting junior consultants and specialists such as pen testers.
  • Educating staff members and creating awareness within your specialism through training.
  • Presenting both written and verbal outputs directly to clients in a clear and concise manner demonstrating communication expertise to manage diverse stakeholder interests.
  • Delivering effective, added value solutions based on a client's strategy and goals.
  • Delivering our services in line with industry best practice and regulatory obligations of our clients.
  • Working with all stakeholders to understand a client's ongoing requirements to support in the identification of sales and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively working with the business development team and calling upon their support as required, and providing support to them as necessary.
  • Providing suggestions and areas of improvement back into the business to help improve our products and services.
  • Providing regular briefings about client risks and issues which affect our business relationship and could impact the future aspirations of our business.
  • Delivering wider client engagement activities such as webinars and training sessions.
  • Maintaining internal standards and documentation associated with areas of responsibility.
  • Researching new technologies, standards, guidance and best practice and providing recommendations that client service delivery is reflected accordingly.
  • Creating and developing intellectual property inline with client requirements.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience working in a relevant sector.
  • Relevant qualifications in business management, IT, compliance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of consultancy service delivery.
  • A background in a relevant service based role.
  • Customer facing IT support, systems management or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and system best practises.

Professional Development Responsibilities

You will be required to:

  • Make recommendations about areas of improvement or development within the business.
  • Drive personal continued professional development in line with the business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues within the business and ensure their continuous development.
  • Identify new trends in technologies and structure training strategies for the team to help them adopt it.

Other Responsibilities

You will need to:

  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
  • Work with other departments and colleagues to aid the successful completion of business priorities.
  • Work effectively as part of the 9ine team.
