Just Blinds Limited Showroom, Staffordshire


Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm) and every other Saturday (10 am - 4 pm)

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in the success of our showroom.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through our range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
• Book appointments for our home consultants, effectively managing and organizing the diary.
• Conduct followup calls and telesales to prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting showroom environment.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer enquirie's efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customerfacing role; previous showroom or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working with computers and appointment booking systems.
• A positive attitude and a team player.
• Interest or experience in interior design and window treatments is a plus.
