We are currently recruiting for a site Administrator to join the team at Catterick Garrison Barracks, Richmond Rd, Catterick Garrison DL9 3JG.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail focussed Administrator to join the team and ensure that all administration tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

A day in the life of a Administrator:

Typing hospital referral letters (NHS and Service formats), medical board documents, medical examination records and other clinical letters
General administrative typing
Use of external systems, NHS courier and fax
Collect and deliver mail from Post Room/GMC when necessary
Maintain records including referral records and address book
Maintain and administer the Admin List within DMiCP
Scanning of documents onto DMiCP
Management of electronic tasks at the request of clinicians
Issue and renew smartcards for the Choose and Book system
Plan, coordinate and provide rotas for nurses. Monitor effectiveness of rotas and ensure adequate cover for absence
Provide nonconfidential information to patients, staff and other departments

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Strong administration skills
IT literate with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a similar administration focussed role with exposure to administration and data entry
A strong communicator with strong attention to detail and a true team player
