Description
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a small, friendly real estate agency.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Registering new applicants and conducting both sales and lettings viewings
  • Negotiating and qualifiying offers
  • Liaising with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers, etc)
  • Keep all admin records up to date
  • Reach personal and office sales targets
Hours: 9 am to 6 pm - 5 days per week - Monday to Saturday

Basic Salary:
£21,000 pa to £24,000 pa + commission / OTE £35,000 pa
