Description
In this role you will be managing an existing customer service team of 6 people.

You will be the main point of contact for the customer team to the rest of the business including sales team, warehousing and senior management.

You will oversee the day to day operation of the customer service team including:

  • Assisting with day to day call handling
  • Resolving escalated issues/complaints
  • Recruitment, training and development of team
  • Setting and managing KPI's across the team in line with company requirements
  • Working closely with senior management team to ensure profitability


You will have flexibility to work from home on occasion, ideally looking at 3-4 days a week being office based.
