Salary and Benefits:
£20-30,000 pro rata (dependant on experience.
Part-time, flexible hours and home working: The Recruitment Administrator is a part-time vacancy, c.15 hours per week, offering flexibility around school hours etc. CV Elite is based in Wells (BA5 3LQ), but we are happy to accommodate home working for the majority of the time, with the occasion trip to the office for training and support.
Recruitment Administrator responsibilities will include:
- Posting advertisements on online job boards
And when experience allows
- Conducting Telephone Interviews, assessing suitability for face to face interview.
- General Recruitment Administration arranging and confirming interviews, providing interview feedback etc.
Recruitment Admininstrator skills required:
- Highly involved office administration and customer service experience, (preferably gained in a professional services environment, possibly with experience of working in Recruitment or HR).
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate to the highest standard in all aspects of work (verbally and in writing), demonstrating consistent attention to detail.
- A proactive, selfmotivated team player with the initiative and organisational skills required to work autonomously and the flexibility and pace required to juggle multiple projects.
- A good level of education (A Level or above)
- IT Skills (Word, Excel, preferably social media)
