Description

You will be trained to provide advice and support to clients but you will also need to demonstrate the ability to find answers from a range of sources.

As we are a small business you will be an integral part of the company operation, as the business grows so will your responsibility.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Establishing relationships with regular clients
  • Producing documents, invoices and order records
  • General administration, filing, printing

Skills:


  • Great attitude and work ethic
  • High Level of organisation and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to make decisions and work with minimum supervision once training has been provided.
  • Business related qualification preferred but certainly not essential

Additional Requirements:


Ideally, some career experience under your belt would be preferred and if you are the one that likes to organise everything for your friends or family, and gets a thrill when you tick something off on your to-do list or then this role is for you.


Finally:

The position will be full time and we operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. While the hours have yet to be confirmed you would be expected to work between these hours.

£19,000.00 per year
