Working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pmWe are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor.

We offer an outstanding 1-2-1 Customer Service platform ensuring that all customers receive a level of service second to none.
- Looking after a group of customers on a 121 basis
- Resolving customer queries
- Monitoring shipments on our stateoftheart IT platform
- Processing customer returns
- Various administrative duties
- Quoting and shipping international shipments
- Excellent communicator
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to build relationships with customer's
- Natural ability to resolve problems.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Team player
- Knowledge of the Logistics industry would be very beneficial.
- Very friendly
