Working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor.

If you're passionate about delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction, this could be the opportunity for you.


We offer an outstanding 1-2-1 Customer Service platform ensuring that all customers receive a level of service second to none.

What does the job involve?

  • Looking after a group of customers on a 121 basis
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Monitoring shipments on our stateoftheart IT platform
  • Processing customer returns
  • Various administrative duties
  • Quoting and shipping international shipments
What type of person are we looking for?

  • Excellent communicator
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customer's
  • Natural ability to resolve problems.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of the Logistics industry would be very beneficial.
