As Facilities Supervisor, you will be providing leadership, supervision and development of the sites, depots, offices ensuring operational and client relationship commitments are met and exceeded, throughout the NTL estate.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- To supervise the performance of all aspects of the contract services being delivered
- To directly supervise both planned and reactive performance of all services
- To direct supervise extra works process to support client requests
- Supervision and ownership of third party works and site visits
- To build and support client relationships and expectations at all levels
- To take ownership of Client escalations and deliver satisfactory resolutions
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Significant number of years' experience in a supervisor role within facilities maintenance
- Previous experience in the supervisory of a multidisciplinary service to a complex facility incorporating maintenance and engineering
- Demonstrate experience of managing Health & Safety compliance
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective supervision of people with strong leadership skills, and welldeveloped interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence
- Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the organisation
- Proficiency and or willing to learn with the Microsoft Office suite and Maximo or similar software
