ASTERIX GROUP LTD has an exciting opportunity for a Working Site Foreman (Forewomen) who is seeking a new role working with construction & fitout industry. We work with high-profile clients in sectors ranging from healthcare to leisure. This is a newly created role so would suit someone with experience and a willingness to develop the role.

In this role you will;

• Carry out Pre-Planning of Projects in the Pre-Enable Stage of works.
• Coordination activities between client, project managers and tradesmen
• Participate in project meetings,
• Assist in creating Programme / Schedule of Works
• Assist in Material Ordering / Cost Planning
• Management of Live Projects (On Site, day to day)
• Implement changes and deliver on agreed programme of works
• Stock, Materials & Labour Management
• Daily Updates / Reports to Office
• Project Coordinator and Construction Manager

Your skills / experience;

• Good Site Management of Projects (on LIVE Client Sites)
• Ability to supervise engineers and lead by example
• Experience of commercial refurbishments / shopfitting
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as required
• Good use of Office 365 suite, including Excel
• Ability to delegate tasks to the onsite Trades Team & Sub Contractors
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to report on any issues and time management of project on site.
• Excellent people management
• Must have some experience in a relevant position

£35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
