Do you have Production experience working within Theatre?

Our fantastic client in London, is looking for a Production Assistant for 3 months, who can travel to TWO of the offices (20 minutes apart) throughout the week and assist the team in the Theatre / show.

Key experience needed:

Production Assistant background
Working within the Theatre industry as a PA / production
Working within a busy and fast paced role
Strong Administration experience

Key responsibilities include:

Liaise with directors / Casting team
Admin support for all the creative team on site
Managing the audition processes
Being on site at the theatre's during the show
PA experience of managing inbox, itineraries, accommodation and travel for the creative and production team
Help raise Po's with the Finance team
