Radipole Primary School:

Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term until 23/07/2024):

Pay Grade Dorset Grade 5, Point 5-6 FTE (£23,500 to £23,893)

Actual Pro Rata Pay (£16,710 to £16,989, Hourly rate of £12.18 to £12.39)

The vacancy is a term time position, working 31.25 Hrs Per Week (Monday - Friday 8:30am to 3:15pm including a half an hour lunch duty).
A vacancy has arisen for us to recruit an enthusiastic, caring and adaptable teaching assistant.

We are dedicated to supporting the development of our children's emotional wellbeing, their speech and language and their social skills - we want to make sure every child in our care exceeds every expectation.

There will be a requirement within this role to work with children on a 1:1 basis.

The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years' service. _
This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process._

For Dorset Schools and those Academy's that have opted into the first year rate adjustments:_
The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. T_he salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year._
