CPL are delighted to be again working closely with a leading insurance firm across the UK to recruit an experienced
Continuous Improvement/ Operational Excellence Specialist.
You will play a key role across the business in the continuous innovation plans across a variety of different processes within the group.

Roles & Responsibilities;
- Assist the Process Improvement Team in the planning, development, coordination, support and execution of high impact plans for effective and sustainable process improvement
- Support and assist the Process Improvement Team in designing and implementation of process improvements in partnership with related departments to maximise resources and improve operational efficiencies and customer experience
- Use a wide variety of analytical skills & process management skills to develop comprehensive process improvement plans
- Support the transfer of new solutions and processes to the organisation on an ongoing and sustained basis, while working with functional managers, critical stakeholders and/or the process owner
- Provide reports and analysis of Key Performance Indicators to quantify the progress made for each project
What we are looking for;
- 5+ years' experience in a Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence role, ideally in an Insurance / Financial Services industry
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ideally Black Belt
- Third level education in a relevant field
- Experience in deployment of Quality and Performance Management tools which drive improvements for the customer, organisation and staff
- Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation and project management skills
- Proven track record in delivering results by introducing new methods and thought processes which drive organisational improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
