Highly organised and methodical in approach, you'll manage and support the administrative tasks required by a fast-paced team covering multiple workstreams. Your focus will be on smoothing out the 'day to day', seeing

through tasks ranging from supporting in pulling together report content, note/minute taking, being responsible for site contact lists to ensuring a warm welcome for new colleagues by ordering technology hardware,

team members with the management of the local knowledge centre and dip test to ensure adherence to contractual obligations. You'll be happy to coordinate diaries and organize meetings, events and workshops as

needed.

You will support the Operational L&D function with tracking LMS compliance and our Community and Engagement lead with the Reward and Recognition schemes by managing and tracking nominations and sending awards in a timely an appropriate manner.

You will also support ensuring distribution lists and Organizational charts are kept updated.

Keen to spread your skills wide you will also support Ops and Finance teams with PO requisitions and support the SLT and their direct reports with travel arrangements.

Your organisational skills will extend to monitoring and reporting on SLT plus one annual leave arrangements and holiday cover.

Key Responsibilities
***
Ensure the smooth onboarding of new team members by organising all Tech hardware and

access to ISS I.T. systems. Setting up of 121's with key stakeholders and arranging access

for ISS and client locations. Creating and managing related inventories and managing

associated costs.

Manage all meeting room requirements and ad hoc access arrangements for ISS team

members and their visitors to SQB and/or client sites in UK.

Support in the tracking and provision of all awards relating to multiple reward and

recognition schemes. Collate monthly & quarterly reports to reflect status.

Own and maintain generic data bases relating to site contacts and ensure they are shared
**periodically with appropriate internal bodes, (e.g. Incident Management)

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

Personable with a can-do attitude

? Proactive problem solver with an eye for detail

? Diplomatic and able to demonstrate discretion where appropriate

? Able to take the initiative whilst being a strong team player

? Good networker

? Robust understanding of MS Office - including Teams and ppt.

? Previous experience in a similar role is desired
