HR Advisor.

A brand new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who will become the newest member of this growing team.

As part of a global business, you will play a key role within the local manufacturing site, supporting the HR team to deliver a people focussed and professional service to the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Participating in and supporting managers with full case management on ER cases.
  • Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work.
  • Supporting on various endtoend to recruitment campaigns, including helping to prepare job adverts, shortlisting, interviews and HR system support.
  • Delivering training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing HR Admin support across the whole employee lifecycle.
  • Leading on maternity/paternity/shared parental leave.
  • Managing flexible working requests.
  • Carrying out exit interviews.
  • Processing the monthly payroll admin and checking.
  • Answering payroll queries and signposting to the relevant support when necessary.
  • Working with the wider business to incorporate and implement a full induction process.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with the organisation and delivery of training courses.
  • Carrying out project work as required.
  • Ensuring that wellbeing, inclusion and engagement initiatives are carried out.
  • Producing, interpreting and analysing management information in respect of staff turnover, sickness absence, leavers, new starter surveys, diversity & inclusion, etc.
  • Adopting a coaching and mentoring approach to develop line managers' confidence and competence.

Requirements:


  • Proven HR experience at Advisor level.
  • Minimum CIPD level 3 qualified.
  • Proven recruitment experience.
  • Payroll processing experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and legislation.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
c £30,000 annual salary + benefits.

Based in Worcester and Bromsgrove.

Monday to Friday 38.5 hours.
