As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a busy housekeeping department, working as part of a team to provide the very best service to our clients and their guests.

Your duties will include:

Working in a fast paced high energy environment and checking quality of rooms
Organising staff rotas
Working closely with the supervisory team to support the head housekeeper
Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development
Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times
Meeting daily targets
Complying with all company health and safety, policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
