Connections Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Facilities Manager provider to identify a Payroll SpecialistThe Payroll Specialist will report directly to the Financial Controller and have a comprehensive knowledge of sage 50 payroll with previous experience processing payroll for a high volume of employees.
Proven Payroll administration experience and a good understanding of the Auto-Enrolment rules are essential for this role.Duties to include;
- Responsible for the full end to end payroll of up to 600 staff members including fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly payroll
- Onboarding new starter packs and leavers and preparation of payroll management reports
- Preparation and calculation of multiple payrolls from entry to submission of Real-Time Information reports to HMRC
- Processing of pension autoenrolment, new pension joiners and leavers and liaising with the provider
- Calculation of SSP, SMP, SPP and submission of CIS information
