  • £50,000 DOE + BONUS + BENEFITS***Boutique healthcare office based in Mayfair is looking for an EA to come on board to support the Directors. This is a newly created role, predominantly looking after the 2 Directors but also providing support to the wider team.
A fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, fast paced role that has huge scope to develop. The role will involved traditional support elements as well as some personal support and project and research role. This is a great role for an EA looking to further develop their skill set.

Please note this is a predominantly 5x day in the office role.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Arranging meetings, conference calls & managing busy diaries for the Directors
- updating the shared calendar and individuals' calendars.

  • Working with others to coordinate various team members meetings/setting up Board meetings.
  • Travel arrangements, creating itineraries
  • Completing monthly expenses.
  • Booking restaurant reservations, responding with RSVPs for events and virtual conferences.
  • Personal duties as and when requested by the Directors
  • General admin to the team
  • Office administration
  • Helping to manage the Socia Media accounts.

Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience of supporting in a PA capacity and ideally working for multiple members of staff.
  • Exceptionally well organised, able to work in a fastpaced corporate environment with the ability to prioritise & multitask. Sufficient experience and knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and be ready to "muck in".
  • Confident, articulate, forward thinking and proactive
