Trainee Complianceofficer - Full training provided

Excellent opportunity to learn and progress within this supportive company
Hellesdon, Norwich.

Hours: 9:00am-6:15pm, Monday-Friday 5 days a week in the office

Permanent position

Salary 18K - £22K with the opportunity to progress and within 6 months earn £27K

Experience isn't essential, full training will be provided.

My client are looking for an efficient person to monitor and audit calls following GDPR and the FCA.

If you have excellent people skills, good attention to detail, are organised, good with IT and love being busy then please read on.....
**Duties would include the following:

Listening to and monitoring/scoring marketing calls to ensure staff and following the correct sales processes according to the requirements of the clients.
Raising issues/errors with management & team leaders.
Giving feedback to marketing agents and management on their calls
Updating company systems/database
Liaising with managers, directors, and team leaders
Working as part of a team
Reporting to management on a regular basis
