Time Recruitment are recruiting for our client: an award winning care home group.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in their brand-new service based in the Harrow area of North West London.
We are looking to recruit a registered general nurse with an active NMC pin. The registered general nurse will ideally already have experience in working within nursing home setting.The stunning nursing facility has been done to prestigious standard to ensureall the registered general nurses working here are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure they can deliver the highest standards of exemplary nursing care.
Duties for the Registered General Nurse include:
- To be the named Nurse for a number of residents
- Ensure that resident's Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, Relatives, and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy
- Assess all aspects of resident's care needs and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that each resident within the Care Centre has an individualised Care Plan
- Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the NMC guidelines

Requirements for the Registered General Nurse:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- valid NMC PIN Number
- Ability to motivate and delegate effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly
- Satisfactory DBS and DBS Adult First check
- Team Player
- Ability to work across a multidisciplinary Team
