Adecco are proudly recruiting for a administration assistant for one of our property management companies based in Chester City Centre.

12 weeks temp then going perm

£ per hour depending on experience

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm


Duties:


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of administrative tasks such as
- post, typing, filing and printing.

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Liasing with contractors.
  • Maintaining records
- paper and excel.

  • Collecting and keeping accurate records of weekly rents received.
  • Making BACS payments to suppliers
  • Completing daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing and entering invoices.
  • Inputting data.
  • Supporting the prepartion of management accounts and quarter end duites.
  • Maintain the sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Posting entries on Sage 50.
  • Any other tasks needed to support the team.

Essential Skills:

  • MS Office packages.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Training will be provided on property management systems

Good knowledge of Sage would be beneficial
