Our Team works closely with Designers and Architects to make existing new & refurbished venues come to life with solutions tailored to suit client needs.

This position demands attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine item cost.
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers and other professionals to ensure that furniture designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Develop clear, organized quotes for potential clients, presenting the information professionally.
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Review and update estimates as projects progress and specifications change.
  • Ensuring that we can achieve delivery deadlines
  • Ordering all nonstock items relating to orders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards & regulations on materials.
  • Checking that all products required are in stock
  • Liaise with other departments and transfer information as required.
  • Other duties as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret design specifications and blueprints. Basic CAD knowledge Preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Flexibility will be required with regards to hours worked, in order to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proactive, selfmotivated & collaborative with the ability to deliver results in a fastpaced pressurized environment.
  • A team player with the ability to be selfmotivated with a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a Sales Administration position or a similar role would be beneficial for this position


Salary:
£25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
