Tarian is a fiduciary services provider and multi-family office founded in 2019.

A bespoke independent and privately owned business, focused on delivering high quality professional services to high net worth individuals and their families from all walks of life.

The traditional business of Tarian will include the formation and full management of offshore trusts and companies, typically established for succession planning and asset protection purposes.

In addition, Tarian carries out family office services to certain ultra-high net worth families.

The Role


A position at Tarian provides an opportunity to work with an experienced, professional and dedicated team who will provide guidance and mentorship in support of the progression of the Administrator.

The Administrator is expected to grow within the role following appropriate training which will be provided and external qualifications supported.

Positions generally will assure high job satisfaction due to the variety of challenges, autonomy, recognition and being part of an extended family.

Tasks


The core role will be to provide administrative and compliance support to the fiduciary and family office team and to a lesser extent, carry out the office administration and maintenance of records and filing.

Administration

  • General administrative assistance to the senior administrators and management;
  • Bank administration for clients under management, including processing payments opening bank accounts, maintaining diligence with the bank, together with completion of related compliance processes;
  • Company Secretarial functions will include but not be limited to recording decisions and statutory filings;
  • Compliance administration in compliance with policies and procedures; and
  • Any other function as required to maintain and manage structures under management.
Office Management

  • Dealing with suppliers, ordering supplies and processing internal payments;
  • Dealing with support services such as cleaning and maintenance;
  • Filing & Archiving;
  • Receptionist functions;
  • Post collection and drop off; and
  • Running errands generally.
