Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced Plot Sales Fee Earner to join a leading multi-service law firm with offices in Manchester and Liverpool. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent employee benefits including 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonuses, hybrid and flexible working, cycle-to-work schemes, well-being events, a death in service award, and discounts off retailers scheme to name a few.

Role Responsibilities
The incoming Plot Sales Fee Earner will manage a caseload of plot sales matters including:

  • Acquisitions of residential development sites
  • Planning
  • Site setups
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with developer and builder clients.


Person Specification


Applications are sought from enthusiastic and motivated Fee Earners with experience managing a caseload of plot sales as mentioned above.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
