Overview:

Duties:

• Perform roofing repairs and installations
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
• Carry out carpentry work such as framing, installing doors/windows, and building structures
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
• Conduct basic electrical repairs and installations
• Fabricate parts or components as required
• Perform masonry work including bricklaying and concrete repairs

Skills:

• Proven experience in roofing, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work, masonry, and fabrication
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

• Construction: 5 years (preferred)
