Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paediatric nurse to support the development of all HealthCare Support Workers within the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

Working within the Faculty of Children's Nurse Education, you will be in a team of friendly and supportive staff who provide education for all nursing and support roles within the Children's Hospital.


The main duties of the job include:
Planning, preparing and provision of induction for all HealthCare Support Workers

Planning, preparing and providing the development programme for trainees, apprentice and established HealthCare Support Workers

Clinical presence to support skills development and offer pastoral support across a variety of areas
