HR Advisor (One year contract)


Salary:
£28,000- £30,000 (pro rata 4 days per week)

Location:
North Lincs


I am proud to be working exclusively with this exceptional client who is seeking a capable experienced HR Advisor to support them with all things HR for 12 months covering maternity leave.

The role will be based at their offices and occasional travel to other sites may be required depending on business needs.


THE ROLE:


The primary role of the HR Advisor will be to advise and guide the Directors and Managers on all matters of HR.

Supporting and coaching line managers on HR processes and policies
Managing employee relation cases along side assisting and advising Managers
Maintaining the HR system
Dealing with all HR queries, issues for the business
Making HR administration tasks are done ie issuing letters, liaising with payroll, processing information as required.

THE CANDIDATE:


A proven track record of providing and delivering HR Best Practice across all areas of HR to a high standard across a business.

Previous experience working in a generalist operation HR role.
CIPD level 5 with at least 3 years HR experience at HR Advisor level
UP to date knowledge of employment law and a strong ER background
Experience in advising HR policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
Previous experience supporting and advising operational Managers on HR Best Practice, strong relationship builder and influencer.
Previous experience managing recruitment (end to end)
Considerable experience managing disciplinaries, grievances.
Monitoring absence and case work for long term sick employees
KPI reporting
