Description

To support Production, F&A and Customer Services in service related tasks with particular responsibilities for Hand Trial/Woven Sample Despatch.


Key Duties:

Ø Provide efficient and effective hand trial despatch service

Ø Assist with hand trial priority requests

Ø Despatch custom colour tuft requests and as required assist in the making of the tufts

Ø Organise the despatch of custom tuft boxes

Ø Follow department retail order processing procedures

Ø Respond effectively to incoming customer calls by telephone or mail with appropriate follow up, offering support to ensure customer service levels are maintained

Ø Provide support in the communication process between sales and support services

Ø Liaise directly with customers

Ø Respond effectively to customer complaints

Ø Provide support to Field Sales Executives as necessary

Ø Support the Procurement Manager with appropriate admin duties

Ø General administration duties as required

Ø Flexible to provide support as required.
