We are a telecommunications company based in Preston, Lancashire with over 30 years' experience in the telecoms industry.

Connecting Britain specialises in providing thousands of businesses throughout the UK with bespoke built hosted telephone systems and broadband requirements.

We're looking for customer service experts and individuals with a passion for providing great customer experiences to join the Connecting Britain family.

The Role:

As a general administrator, your daily tasks will vary day on day but will include:

Answering support queries for customers and dealing with tickets
Arranging installations
Managing Credit queries
Booking events
Organising recruitment
Working with directors to manage diaries
Complaint handling and resolution

Requirements:

We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in customer service, but if you are passionate about providing a great customer experience we want to hear from you, even if you have not previously worked in a customer service role.
Experience in delivering excellent customer care over the telephone
Strong selfmotivation with a drive for personal improvement
Ability to show high levels of professionalism
Ability to handle objections in a competent and calm manner
Confident working within a busy and demanding environment
Comfortable with IT systems (word,excel,powerpoint)

What hours will I be working?
Hours 9am

5.30pm Monday to Friday.

What will I be paid ?
Pay ranges from £20,000 - £25,00 dependant on experience
