Hollies Day Nurseries are looking for Supply/bank staff.

Are you able to support a team at a moments notice?

Are you flexible with your time?

This could be the role you need to make a difference......
You will be joining an established team of practitioners with child development at their hearts. You must have a minimum of qualified level 3 (or equivalent) and focused on your on professional development. You must love to be outdoors and happy in all weathers.

You must have the following essential qualities:

Strong verbal, non verbal communication skills
Warm, caring and approachable
Flexible and practical
Enthusiastic, innovative and energetic
Deeply motivated
Creative and imaginative
Enjoy being with children

Early Years Foundation Stage specifically Characteristics of Effective Learning
Every Child Matters
Understanding and practical experience of day care for young children
Understanding and practical experience of child development
Different parenting styles
Legislation and the inspection process for day care settings
Planning for children for individual children's needs
Equal opportunities

And Skills:

To communicate confidently with a wide range of people, such as parents and outside agencies
To work independently and to manage own time efficiently
To supervise and motivate a team
To create and maintain basic systems for childcare records
To promote positive relationships with the parents/carers of the children
