Come and join our lovely team at our Cleveland Practice in Gainsborough.

As a Business Support Administrator Apprentice, we rely on you to provide crucial support to our four GP practices.


You will be learning from the best, you will deliver essential support to our teams using SystmOne to manage patient records, match documents, bulk messaging, process workflow documents as well as the crucial day-to-day admin tasks, like printing, transferring, and scanning records.

As you learn so will your responsibilities, potentially to complete compliance checks, protocol writing and project work.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week with all learning held at the practice.

This is an 21-month post, however, our goal is to invest in the successful individual and offer a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to work between 08:00-17:00, start times can be discussed at the interview.

  • You will need to enrol on Business Administrator Level 3 qualification at Grantham college.
  • Good customer skills essential
  • IT Literate
  • SystmOne experience desirable
  • Good attention to detail
