    Description

    Building a Sustainable Tomorrow at BAM Group

    BAM FM is recruiting a cleaner to provide a clean and hygienic environment in our Euston Road, London office premises.

    The position involves working 15 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 5pm-8pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.21 and opportunities for overtime.

    Your Mission at BAM Group

    Under the guidance of the Premises Manager, you will work within a team to maintain a clean and safe environment that meets our high standards.

    Key responsibilities include:

    1. Cleaning surfaces, fixtures, and fittings according to our specifications
    2. Keeping floors, walls, partitions, and internal woodwork clean and tidy
    3. Cleaning kitchen and catering areas
    4. Maintaining toilet, changing room, and other sanitary areas
    5. Ensuring equipment is cleaned after use
    6. Participating in special cleaning programs during designated periods
    7. Properly collecting and disposing of waste
    8. Cleaning and maintaining waste bins
    9. Creating an organized and productive working environment
    10. Maintaining records as required
    11. Refilling and replacing consumables
    12. Reporting faulty equipment and maintenance needs
    13. Maintaining security by securing entrances and exits
    14. Switching off lights and equipment when not in use
    15. Contributing to the health and safety of staff and visitors
    16. Monitoring and managing stock and supplies
    17. Maintaining specialist equipment and reporting any damage
    18. Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and COSHH procedures
    19. Demonstrating and assisting others in the safe use of equipment and materials
