£22,000 per annum
Premium Plus UK is searching for a Sales Administrator to assist our sales team in our Bournemouth office.
Premium Plus UK is a leading dental supplies company which manufactures and sells products to both retail and wholesale markets.

Responsibilities & Duties
As a Sales Administrator, your main role will include but is not limited to:
- Responding positively to and resolving any customer queries or complaints;
- Building good relationships with our customer base of dentists, dental nurses and practice managers;
- Maintaining excellent levels of product knowledge;
- Organising and keeping track of customer returns; and
- Reviewing sales orders to identify key trends and opportunities for growth.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Invoicing customer orders
- Organising courier deliveries
- Adding website orders to the system
- Taking payments via Worldpay for customers over the phone
Qualifications & Skills
- Ideally, you would have training as a dental nurse or would have equivalent experience in a dental practice (e.g. a practice manager) or a previous Sales/Admin role. Other experience in the dental/medical industry would also be considered;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to use a computer and Microsoft programs confidently. Knowledge of SAP B1 is beneficial, but not necessary as full training will be provided.
