Premium Plus UK is searching for a Sales Administrator to assist our sales team in our Bournemouth office.


Premium Plus UK is a leading dental supplies company which manufactures and sells products to both retail and wholesale markets.

Premium Plus UK has been selling directly into the UK and Europe since 2011. Our office and distribution warehouse is based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Responsibilities & Duties
As a Sales Administrator, your main role will include but is not limited to:

  • Responding positively to and resolving any customer queries or complaints;
  • Building good relationships with our customer base of dentists, dental nurses and practice managers;
  • Maintaining excellent levels of product knowledge;
  • Organising and keeping track of customer returns; and
  • Reviewing sales orders to identify key trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and reports
  • Invoicing customer orders
  • Organising courier deliveries
  • Adding website orders to the system
  • Taking payments via Worldpay for customers over the phone

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ideally, you would have training as a dental nurse or would have equivalent experience in a dental practice (e.g. a practice manager) or a previous Sales/Admin role. Other experience in the dental/medical industry would also be considered;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to use a computer and Microsoft programs confidently. Knowledge of SAP B1 is beneficial, but not necessary as full training will be provided.

£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
