About Shape:

We design, manufacture and install beautiful, bespoke joinery & interiors for a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Our streamlined and fully integrated design, fabrication and installation service enables us to work across a range of scales with current contracts ranging from £25,000 up to £750,000.

We fabricate these in our 5000sqft workshop in South East London, equipped with the latest machinery & digital fabrication capabilities.

Role:


Responsibilities:

• Accurate setting out of joinery.
• Efficient installation to exacting standards.
• Effective and professional communication with the Shape team and wider construction team.
• Liaising with third parties; contractor(s), plumber(s), electrician(s).
• Problem solving.
• Protecting completed joinery.

Requirements:

• Good initiative: The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent technical knowledge & understanding of the construction industry.
• Proactive.
• Ability to read 2D drawings and navigate a 3D model.
• A flawless approach, demanding of high standards.
• Impeccable attention to detail.

- +3 Years site fitting experience.

• Efficient.
• Punctual.
• Professional.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Software literacy: both on a handheld device and the computer.
• Good communication.
• CSCS preferred.
• Ability to work in the UK.
• Hold a clean full UK Driving Licence.

£30,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
