Marketing Administrator
We are recruiting for a
Marketing & HRC Administrator to join our client based in Leigh on Sea. This is a great opportunity to join a great team in a well-established local company.


The role of Marketing & HRC Administrator is to assist the Head of Marketing & Business Development with daily marketing support including social media management, graphic design and general administration as needed.


You will also assist the HRC team with regular and ad hoc admin support including managing conference attendee lists, invoices and member admin spreadsheets.


Your responsibilities

  • To manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Jobs group, X, Instagram, Facebook and Threads
  • Scheduling posts as per the Communications Plan and interacting with posts from the industry and highlighting to the team any posts they may wish to share with their network
  • Take ownership of the Consultants social media platforms and schedule weekly updates on their behalf
  • Responsible for the graphic design of job ads
  • Liaise with the Head of IT regarding the upload of new blogs to the website
  • Create the monthly Hot Jobs blog and LinkedIn Newsletter
  • Update internal brochures on Canva and redesign additional brochures at the request of the Head of Marketing
  • Attend monthly brainstorming meetings with the Head of Marketing
  • Populate the Comms Plan with recurring activities
  • Take responsibility for internal communications such as the monthly marketing newsletter round up
  • To keep track of social media numbers every month
  • Assist the Head of Marketing with communication to the press
  • Assist the Business Development team with post event follow up, for example inputting business card details to the CRM system
  • Manage the 2024 conference attendance tracker
  • Liaise with the Head of Finance in issuing invoices for the conference and HRC memberships
  • Miscellaneous office tasks and errands as required
  • Update company CRM system, Hubspot
