Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Real Estate Recruitment Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive recruitment strategies and foster talent acquisition within one of the leading real estate firms in the United Kingdom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of our Commercial Real Estate division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop precise recruitment strategies.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role within the Commercial Real Estate sector.
  • A solid understanding of the commercial real estate market and its key players.
  • Strong networking capabilities and extensive experience using social media and other platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

Recruitment agencies


Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team.

We do not pay agency fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to Savills or any of our employees other than via our careers website and through our recruitment process.

If this is not adhered to, agency fees will not be paid.
