Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Park Royal
Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at the Central Middlesex Hospital in Park Royal, NW10.
The role:
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support, for the Management team.
- Support the Helpdesk function issuing jobs to engineers when raised by the Trust
- Assist the Contract Management by running various weekly/monthly reports from the CAFM system (Maximo) and by running ad hoc reports as required
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Team, dealing with telephone, written and personal enquiries, and operational matters
- Undertake all Maximo duties such as raising and receipting PO's, work orders, reports, invoicing/bill batch, quoted work orders
- Understand who the client is and what their requirements are, and react to them in a professional, effective and efficient manner
- Ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The person:
- Previous FM helpdesk/administration experience and good IT skills essential
- Understanding of the Maximo CAFM system is desirable
- Financially and commercially astute with experience of purchase orders, etc.
- A proactive and flexible attitude to duties and work undertaken with a "cando" attitude
- Has a strong client focus, and the ability to take ownership of projects
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
