Hellaby, Rotherham, S66**-
Full time, permanent:

  • Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience:

It's a very exciting time at Carlton Forest Renewables as we launch our pioneering continuous pyrolysis plant.

The plant produces oil and carbon char from end-of-life tyres, producing 4 million litres of oil per year and 7500 tonnes of char.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who has:

  • exceptional organisation and time management skills
- the ability to work proactively and independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- experience of working with accreditation bodies, achieving targeted deliverables and timescales
- a customer focussed approach with the ability to engage easily with others


About the role:


This is a new role to support both the operational and development areas of the Renewables Division for all sales, supply chain, transactional and system-based activities.


As
Operations Coordinator, you will have lots of scope to demonstrate your ability to work on multiple activities across the Division.


You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operating processes, ensuring all SAGE systems activities are documented
  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the transactional process for the sales of oil and char
  • Assisting with the activities required to attain all relevant certifications and accreditations
  • Maintenance of the CRM system
  • Assisting in the development of the supply chain, implementing robust and reliable processes which ensure proactive management of key suppliers, competitive quoting and cost down methodology
  • Proactively managing all testing requirements for the Pyrolysis plant ensuring full visibility of all process stages and a timely receipt of the testing results
  • Supporting the Divisional Leadership Team to deliver our sales and profit targets
  • Managing all material deliveries, ensuring they are expedited to meet confirmed delivery dates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage others is essential.
  • SAGE/SAP experience or similar system would be an advantage, as would a qualification in Business Studies (or equivalent experience).
