Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional ready to make a significant impact and launch a high-impact career in the technology sector? Our client, a rapidly expanding, global Tech business, is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (SBDE) to join our team in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach using a multi-channel approach-including phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media-to identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, utilising active listening skills to understand customer needs and business problems. Qualify leads effectively based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings, product demos, and discovery calls for Account Executives or the senior Sales team.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies and collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to align messaging and maximise business wins.
- Meticulously track and accurately record all prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system
Qualifications
- You have at least 6 months of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales/customer-facing role (e.g., telesales, business development, or client engagement).
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by targets, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent prioritisation, organisational, and time-management skills.
- You are resilient, adaptable, and possess a can-do, will-do attitude.
- Have a passion for technology, innovation, and an interest in building a career in technology and sales.
