We are seeking a Short Term Maintenance Planner to join and support one of our leading Clients on a permanent basis at Stansted
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Process and update Technical Log and maintenance compliance information in the maintenance tracking system.
- The processing of completed/incomplete maintenance actions and component removals/refits/replacements on receipt of completed work packages.
- Deal directly with the ground and flight operations department to correct technical log errors from the source information.
- The issue of Technical Log and works order corrections to the Technical Controller or relevant line station in conjunction with the Technical Records Clerks.
- In conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, prepare workscopes for both line and base maintenance inputs.
- In conjunction with the Systems Data Integrity Engineer, ensure control of the Aircraft, Engine and APU Hard Time (lifed) components including on Condition/Condition Monitored Components in terms of accuracy and set up in the maintenance tracking system.
- Produce multi week forecast reports of maintenance due on each aircraft; updated daily and to liaise with the Maintenance Manager, Technical Control Team and Station Engineer to plan the Maintenance effectively.
- Produce and review maintenance forecast/due lists for the company fleet.
- Manage the production of all paperwork and technical data required by third party MROs to accomplish the line maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of UK CAA and EASA regulations.
- Experience in a CAMO/Short Term Planning and/or Technical Records environment.
- Familiar with Maintenance planning functions, MPD/AMP/AMM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise confidently in a fastpaced, ever
- I.T and PC literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
