Join Prezzee as a Brand Partnerships Executive, where you'll dive into a dynamic role blending operations and account management, all while immersing yourself in the vibrant world of digital gifting working with some of the best retail brands in the UK.


Reporting to the Head of Partnerships UK & EU, you will be an integral member of the Partnerships team, supporting with data, customer journeys, programs & relationship building and new business acquisition with your organisational finesse and collaborative approach.

Here's a sneak peek into what you'll be doing:


Brand Relationships & Campaigns:


  • Foster meaningful connections with brand partners, collaborating on campaigns aimed at mutual success.
  • Assist in executing campaigns, prioritising ROI and partner satisfaction.
  • Provide attentive support to brand partners throughout the onboarding and offboarding process.

Content Management & Optimisation:


  • Curate content to effectively showcase brand partners, maximising their visibility on the Prezzee platform.

Operational Excellence:


  • Maintain optimal gift code stock levels and promptly address operational issues to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Account Management & Relationship Building:


  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with brand partners, serving as their primary liaison.
  • Identify opportunities to increase gift card sales and tailor marketing strategies to meet partner needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews to drive collaborative growth strategies and mutual success.

What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in clientfacing partnerships or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated success in ecommerce, online, or retail environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A collaborative team player with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
